Lease terms
The leasure residence can be rented with aminimum duration of one week up to one year:
1 week = CHF 1’000
1 month = CHF 2’000
for every further month = CHF 1’400
Electricity consumption will be charged separatly.
It is the dut of the lessee to clean the house at the end of the duration of the lease.
Parking slot is available. The house can be reached by feet within 30 minutes from Raron railway station
